Official name & history
The official registered business name is Insightgridpoint Co., Ltd. The company was established in 2017 in Bangkok to serve association secretariats, agency producers, and in-house organizer teams who were tired of rebuilding post-event charts under deadline pressure.
Early work focused on medical congresses and trade association forums in Greater Bangkok. Over successive seasons the practice expanded to festivals and multi-edition conference series across Thailand, always as a done-for-you reporting engagement rather than a product license.
How we work
We treat registration exports, gate counts, and floor plans as primary sources — then write the narrative organizers actually need.
Source honesty
When gate counts and registration disagree, we reconcile and explain the gap instead of choosing the flattering number.
Programme literacy
Session codes, stage timings, and hall capacity shape every chart. Generic crowd advice does not leave our desk.
