Website contact forms collect name, email, optional engagement interest, expected attendee count, event date, and message content. During engagements we may process registration fields, badge identifiers, and contact details contained in files you supply — solely to produce the agreed report.

Purposes

We use personal data to respond to inquiries, deliver commissioned reporting, invoice and administer contracts, improve site reliability, and meet legal obligations under Thai law.

Retention

Inquiry messages are retained up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for an active engagement. Engagement source files are retained for 12 months after final delivery unless a written retention agreement states otherwise, then securely deleted or returned.
