Refund & cancellation policy
Last updated: 1 March 2026. Applies to reporting engagements commissioned from Insightgridpoint Co., Ltd.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to fees paid for a defined engagement when cancellation or material failure occurs under the conditions below. Informational website browsing does not involve payment.
Deposits
A deposit (typically 40% of the confirmed fee) reserves analyst capacity for your event close date. Deposits become non-refundable once we have begun source-file review or drafted charts, except where Insightgridpoint cancels the engagement.
Full refund
A full refund of amounts paid is available if you cancel in writing more than 14 days before the agreed kickoff date and no source-file work has started, or if we cancel for reasons within our control and cannot offer a suitable reschedule.
Partial refund
If you cancel after kickoff but before delivery of a final pack, we may refund the unused portion of the balance invoice after deducting work already completed (scoping, file cleaning, draft charts). Completed milestones listed in the confirmation email are non-refundable.
Non-refundable items
- On-site travel costs already incurred for Bangkok-metro or regional visits
- Third-party venue access fees paid on your instruction
- Work already delivered and accepted (final PDF packs, completed debrief sessions)
Rescheduling
You may reschedule a debrief facilitation once without fee if you give at least 5 business days’ notice. Later changes may incur a rescheduling fee of ฿2,500 or actual travel change costs, whichever is higher.
No-shows
If the organizer lead misses a scheduled debrief without 24 hours’ notice, the facilitation fee for that session is forfeited. A replacement session can be booked at the then-current rate.
Work already started
Once registration or badge files have been ingested and charting begun, cancellation yields at most a partial refund as described above. Draft materials remain Insightgridpoint property until the balance is settled.
Process & timing
Email refund requests to hello@insightgridpoint.click with your engagement reference and reason. We confirm eligibility within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 business days.
