By browsing this website or confirming a reporting engagement, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

Services described

Insightgridpoint provides done-for-you event performance reporting and related analytical briefs for organizers. Descriptions on this site are informational. A signed proposal or confirmation email defines the scope, timeline, and fees for each engagement.

Intellectual property

Website content, brand marks, and template structures remain the property of Insightgridpoint Co., Ltd. Delivered report packs become available for the client’s internal and agreed stakeholder use once invoices are paid. Redistribution of our templates as a competing commercial product is not permitted.

Client materials

You retain ownership of registration exports, floor plans, and other source files you supply. You grant us a limited license to process those materials solely to deliver the commissioned engagement.

Liability

Reports reflect the quality and completeness of source files provided. We are not liable for decisions made solely on draft materials, for third-party counting hardware failures, or for indirect or consequential losses. Aggregate liability for a given engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok shall have primary jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use or reporting engagements, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
