Sponsor briefs that survive scrutiny
Sponsors remember what was written in the package sheet. If you promised aisle footfall and stage mentions, the post-event brief should speak to those exact items — and mark what could not be measured.
Agree measurement points before load-in: doorway counters, badge scans at a branded lounge, or scheduled observation windows. Retroactive estimates from staff memory rarely hold up in a renewal conversation.
When an aisle underperformed, say so with context. A quiet corridor next to a service entrance is a placement issue for the next edition, not a failure of the brand team’s on-site presence.
Keep per-sponsor appendices short. One page of charts and three sentences of interpretation travels farther than a dense deck that never leaves the partnership folder.
